How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Effortsname Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Effortsname Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Effortsname Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@effortsname.world and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
